    I like to listen to peaceful meditation music when I practice mindfulness and it is such a great to introduce some stillness to my busy days.

    I made a curry from scratch for the first time! With tofu, lots of vegetables, coconut milk, and lots of spices. It was so good.

    This ecochallenge has made me very conscious of the every day decisions I make. I have been conscious to not eat meat and to use public transportation or walk - everyday!

    I have cut meat out of my diet, and I really don't miss it! There are so many good vegetables and legumes that I can get my vitamins and protein from.

    I decided to walk to yoga instead of drive - and it was only a 25 minute walk and so refreshing to spend even more time outside on a beautiful day filled with sunshine.

    I'm learning about the reality of poverty in America by reading Poverty, By America by Matthew Desmond. It is so informative and quite sad to understand what it means to live in poverty in one of the richest countries in the world.
