I usually use the plastics from the cafeteria and I brought my own today! Not only did it feel more sustainable but it was more enjoyable!
  • Reflection Question
Basic Needs & Security Take 5-Minute Or Less Showers
With 5-minute or less showers reducing your water footprint, what do you plan to add next to your water conservation habits?

I could definitely turn on the water at the sink for shorter periods of time. Since flushing the toilet actually uses the MOST amount of water, we could avoid flushing (the more private bathroom at least) unless absolutely necessary.

HI! I am Jamie and I'm a teacher in the Bronx at Riverdale Country School. Climate change is REAL (even if birds aren't) and I want to leave the world a better place! I am excited to reduce my own personal carbon footprint with some real habits (habits only need 30 days, after all) that I can hopefully inspire others with!
