    Having the work-life balance creates a more sustainable life for me, because I tend to drive myself towards an inevitable burn-out. Making a conscious effort to ensure I balance my time, take short breaks, and go outside, helps lessen the chances of that burn-out feeling popping up again! This also contributes to sustainability in a more broad sense, because I then get a chance to focus on things like bettering my lawn, planning for a meatless meal, less stress, and more free mind-space to learning about contributing to my community!
