In my opinion, the webinar was great and the content was really helpful! All we need is to make a few tweaks to make this a better place for everyone. Let's not forget the history behind this worldwide effort, and let's keep forming new habits and invite others to join in too.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I would say mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and loneliness. We definitely have to prioritize mental health more than anything else.

I should do this more often. It will definitely help me identify areas where I can reduce usage, such as turning off lights or appliances when not in use, conserving water, etc.

I watched Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret. The documentary examines the effect of animal agriculture on the environment and puts a lot of emphasis on reducing meat and dairy consumption as a means to promote sustainability and combat climate change. It's definitely worth checking out!
