I've enjoyed trying to incorporate this into my days. When I have time, I will take my dog for a long walk around our neighborhood and bring a garbage bag. The neighborhood is relatively clean, but I still often find cans, plastic, and the odd Tupperware lid.
It's been easy to do and my dog loves the extra time out walking!

What is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?

It was surprising to see how much of my water usage was "virtual". My daily consumption of coffee and consistent diet of mammal proteins significantly increased those metrics.

I have been starting to transition to caffeinated teas and consider how I'm incorporating protein into my week. Also, fun fact is that alternative milks with a nut-base use a lot of water. Better to choose oat or soy!
