Never forget to take time to have any physical activities. In my case, run every morning before work. Minimum of 5K, max of 15K. It helps me be more active the whole day.

For an active person like me, I usually take a bath 2 to 3x a day specially after workout or a run in the morning and after work. In that case, I stopped using the shower when taking a bath but use a pail instead. I still use the shower though when I don't have to wash my hair since I'm sure that I will use lesser water. For the next step, I encourage everyone in the house to use basin when washing the dishes.

I transitioned to eco-friendly living by bringing my own shopping bags, bringing my own utensils, cup and tumbler, I also changed my soap, shampoo and other beauty products into organic ones. Instead of buying bottled items in the grocery, I mostly buy the refill ones and put it on a reusable container instead.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What one thing will you do right away to reduce your waste? What is the second thing you will do?

Being a hiker, it's an advantage for me to have equipment not only usable during my hike but also on my day-to-day activities. I always bring my foldable/ reusable utensils and cup. Items are available in Decathlon by the way. I always bring my own plastic/paper bag and practice bringing my trashes, even the smallest ones, with me and thrown it on the appropriate trash bins.
