This week I reserved a table for the TEAM using a restaurant that highlighted on their website that they were big on sustainability and that they wanted to ensure that it is at the heart of everything we do, and we want to support local suppliers in doing so.

So we held a meeting in Manchester and rather than booking somewhere close to the hotel - I booked a restaurant 15 mins away so we could walk through the city,

Today I took the family on a long walk, I encouraged them all to take our water bottles with us instead of buying plastic bottled drinks when we were out - we had a long discussion why this was beneficial.
  • Reflection Question

What plastic or single-use items do you regularly use? What did you substitute or could be substituted?

I often use bottle water provided by the hotel - so I have stopped and fill up my own bottle daily.
