    I learned that baking soda is obtained through mining as a byproduct of ore, or it can be naturally occurring and is mined in the form of nahcolite. It is a necessary product for cooking and cleaning. I want to explore which form of baking soda is better for the environment.

    I was surprised that frozen food can be healthier than fresh. I was also surprised by some fruits and vegetables on the dirty dozen list.
