    You're more cautious of what you are eating and your surroundings while practicing mindfulness as apposed to being absorbed into the world on tv or the phone.

    I cant recall one specific moment but nature seems to change my perspective every time I immerse myself in it for extended periods of time.

    I believe my diet falls within the recommendations of Ohio. I can take steps to ensure my family members and friends follow the advisories as well by educating them on the information provided.

    I love nature and being outdoors so by planting a tree you're creating nature and in a sense become a part of it.

    They can encourage new companies wanting to build to have energy efficient buildings, they can also promote low carbon public transport and encouraging cycling and walking.

    It allows you to be aware of your food intake as well as what you're putting in your body. Food quality can be reflected by the use by, sell by, and best by dates.
