    Active listen can hear us understand perspectives in a positive way. It lead to having a dialogue instead of an argument. It also makes the other person feel heard and valued.

    Spending more time outdoor around our neighbourhood gives us insight into what is happening to the environment and what actions we can take in our individual capacity to enhance it.

    It was a calming experience! Mindfulness acts like best friend of mind - providing soothing experience and taking off stress. Much needed activity which needs to be mastered.

    • I try to cycle/walk to nearest stores to buys stuff. 
    • Buy energy start rated products so that they are more energy efficient.
