    Mantaining work-life balance gives me time to mindfully purchase and choose my options of food and clothing. Also allows to plan a zero waste food management

    Spending time outdoors enhances cognitive thinking about importance of the mindfulness and also gives a lot of self awareness.
    It helps in understanding the other livelihood on the Earth and the impact that a person can do to make it better and safe
