    Generally county websites provide options and locations for safe disposal of waste / hazardous substance. I know for a fact that King County, WA website has that option!

    I thimk the biggest implication is lack of awareness about the nature and in-turn not knowing what is good or bad for our surrounding!

    I have conciously started taking 2 hour break in the evenings to spend time with my wife - we exercise for 60-90 mins and then go for a walk outside to get some fresh air :)

    How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

    We prepare carrot, brocolli and tomato soup everyday and use complete vegetable includings peels, tops etc. We typically go for organic vegetables for this.

    I am trying to reduce the number of car wash trips that I make. Typically I used to get car wash done atleast once a month. However, I am planning to reduce this occurence to once a quarter and let Seattle rain take care of the rest!

    Spending time outside is important for overall well-being! 15 mins of walk in fresh air can change your mood, revitalize you and give you excess energy for rest of the day! Redmond has lots of parks and I try to explore a new park each week :)
