  • Reflection Question
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Smaller Portions
While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

Since childhood, I have been taught, 'serve only as much as you would finish'. So serving small plates and ensuring what is served is finished is a second nature today. Setting an example to my kids now.
  • Reflection Question
    Industry Choose Recycled Paper
Good job on choosing recycled paper! How can you take your action a step further?

I reuse paper as best possible. My baby's daycare provides a sheet of daily activity and my kindergartener uses the blank side to draw and color instead of using a fresh page. Small ways to make little difference.
