  • Reflection Question
Health & Equity Spend Time Outside
What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

    Emily Houtz's avatar
    Emily Houtz 4/11/2022 7:00 AM
I think American culture is not focused on spending time outdoors, while many other cultures are. However, when I think of cultures that spend most of its time inside and on screens, I think of nicer and moderate weather.
  • Reflection Question
    Health & Equity Practice Mindfulness
What was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?

    Emily Houtz 4/11/2022 6:59 AM
I love to practice mindfulness but have tended to do it in the morning. I would like to start practicing during the day when my brain may need a break the most.
  • Reflection Question

What was surprising about the ingredients in your cleaning supplies, personal care, and pet products?

Ammonia was one of the biggest surprises in my cleaning products.
