Climate & Ecosystems Calculate Your Carbon Impact
What is one way you will reduce your carbon foorprint? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your carbon footprint?

To be honest - because I live in a very rural setting, I never thought about carpooling until the price of gas hit the roof! Now, I go with my neighbor twice a week. I unplug all of my electronics when they are not in use to avoid "phantom" power usage. I wash in cold water, I have my furnace on a timer as well as some lights. I hang my laundry out whenever possible. We started a garden last year, and will do it again this year. Every little bit helps.

Team Building exercise to help reduce carbon footprint - create a "living wall" in your school or office!

As you know, to avert climate catastrophe, we need mass mobilization that includes ALL segments of society. For that, we need to become more tolerant of others’ perspectives and experiences, meet people where they are and create truly welcoming, inclusive spaces. And that starts with listening. https://davidsuzuki.org/story/listening-as-a-form-of-movement-building/?utm_source=mkto-first-englishBroadcast-button-body&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=climate-listeningAsMovementBuilding-23mar2022&mkt_tok=MTg4LVZEVS0zNjAAAAGDVhGjzCRJD1wPzb5YEa0KLsGtT8MvO8mQ5VIAi10wxEbri-QKtVeWl5ZotGcHDcn1yfnWDani_pjv9J0XUIcfhAi-nVcoi7hLXjE0hZKYiaK4CA
