    "We are all - across the globe - in the same watershed".  Provocative thought (fact) and how we can't only think of water as a local issue alone.  In AZ, where I grew up, water scarcity is often more visible (yet maybe ignored largely), but I think it is far less visible here in MN, as we don't see quality as a scarcity issue?  If low quality - then really scarce availability for our drinking, and possibly other needs.

    Red peppers, onions, kale, corn and tomatoes stir fried in some olive oil.  Stick it in eggs or soup later. Eat hot or cold. Add nuts, olives, other condiments to change it up each time.  Make a huge batch for the week and re-eat - saving cooking energy - yours and gas/electricity.
