    I have started just a few weeks back, after months of planning to do so. I'm super excited about the experience and plan to make this a daily habit in my life. I'm now using the App Headspace to learn every day. I knew I had to start too make significant improvement in my life and I'm very happy with the experience

    It has a lot of different impacts in your physical health (eyes, back, inner ear, arms and hands articulation, neck, obesity...) but also on your mental health: poorer concentration, weaker memory, slower information processing and weaker impulse control, problems to sleep, information overload. Therefore it's critical to control the hours spent and combine them with a healthy amount of hours away from screens

    When I come from the swimming pool, I'm rinsing my swim cap and swimsuit with water, just before I take a shower, so that when the water gets warm I can directly jump into the shower and get warm water, without having to waste it until it gets warm
