My husband had a pair of work pants that we was going to toss because he got a hole in the knee.  I saved him $40 by sewing it closed!  It didn't look great, but they are work pants!

It almost seemed a little silly at first, but in the end I think it was a great family project.  We all got involved in deciding what we would need and what we would do.

We have a lot of mulch beds in our yard and we add more every year.  We also switched to an eco friendly fertilizer

I need to make sure that I allow myself time to break away and rejuvenate.  This will make me a better person in all aspects of my life.

I practiced active listening with my husband today.  I felt like the conversation was much more interactive and we both felt heard at the end

I will start carrying my lunch items in reusable containers instead of plastic baggies.  I will buy bottled gum instead of the individually wrapped type

I use a lot of zipper seal baggies in my son's lunches.  I purchased some of the reusable ones to use instead.
