I made tofu fried rice lettuce wrap tacos yesterday. It’s a super simple meal that’s really flavorful.

Being conscious about turning water off while I’m brushing my teeth and washing my face. Just being more aware of my water usage.

We should always honor our native people. And not treat them as a “gimmick” or dehumanize them through appropriation.

I was surprised at how many fruits were on the dirty dozen list and will make more of an effort to get these fruits from local farmers or buy more organic.
