How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

In the mornings I use raw vegetables, vinager and chia seeds to prepare a green smoothie, this is my first meal of the day, and I make sure is healthy;  there is no waste around it. After several years I am used to it, it's easy and fast. I know the flavor is nothing to crave for, because I no longer use fruits, but I am know the nutritional value, and I am happy with that.  The peels I get from root vegetables go directly to the compost bins.
