    Going on daily morning walks is refreshing, but the weather is becoming quite warm so got to stay hydrated as well!

    I've been walking every morning for 30 minutes a day and I feel really refreshed and especially it's been sunny so it's going great so far!

    I recently changed my regular lightbulbs to LED lightbulbs. I'm glad I was able to save the time and energy of electricity!

    I recently went paperless with my bank statements. I always receive them through mails, but now I can view my bank statements online through my bank account!

    List some of the places you frequent often (work, grocery store, natural areas). Could you choose one or two days a week to schedule driving with a friend, neighbor or co-worker to these places?

    I often hangout with my friends on my free time. We usually go around to viewpoints to take photos or going out to eat. One of my friends always suggest on driving, so I carpool with them like once or twice a week.

    I try walking every other mornings for 30 minutes. It feels really refreshing and it makes me feel stress free. I enjoyed seeing my neighbors outside whenever I walk pass their homes--to say hi or how they're doing. Also, hearing a lot of sounds like birds chirping, my neighbor's dog barking, lawn mowing, etc.
