Reflection QuestionBasic Needs & Security Make Zero-Waste MealsHow did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?
BabyCare Cares 4/16/2022 4:48 PMStuffed Peppers are a great tasting zero waste meal. Use fresh peppers from your garden, boil til semi-soft, drain, cut in half and fill with cooked hamburger, spaghettis sauce, diced onions and capped with mozzarella cheese. Everything gets eaten and the spaghetti jar and meat pack get recycled! Enjoy! -

Reflection QuestionHealth & Equity Spend Time OutsideWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
BabyCare Cares 4/15/2022 2:40 PMMore and more children are experiencing social anxiety. With the prolific use of smart phones among school age children, they are losing out on face to face interaction and have more difficulty interacting in person. As a result many experience social anxiety and surface only friendships. -
