      I agree...when I do menu planning it helps a lot....both at home and when I'm at the grocery store.

      Menus are where it's at for us...makes a huge difference and expands our meal variety because we take time to plan.  :)

    So thankful it is Friday, looking forward to my 22 mile run tomorrow on a new trail for me from Multnomah Falls to Cascade Locks.  What trail are you going to explore this weekend?
