The callery "chinese" pear tree!! These trees are all over my community and one is directly above my parking space. They look nice but smell horrid. The trees can cross pollinate and choke out native species from growing. The tree is nearly impossible to get ride of. It can grow back from the roots and a single seed can be stagnate for 11 years before growing into a tree.
  • Reflection Question

I learned specifically for Ohio there is not a limit on annual rent increases. I myself have experienced a dramatic rent increase and the lack of protection in this aspect can be very dangerous for the community.
  • Reflection Question

    For medications ask local pharmacy.

    Health & Equity Practice Mindfulness
What was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?

Mindfulness is a good start before or after work as a "reset" button.

Anxiety, depression, less likely to disconnect and be present in the moment.
  • Reflection Question

    Josi Bralek 4/08/2022 4:40 AM
The conversation went further vs. cutting thoughts off short.
