Claudia Alvarez-Farris

Deloitte North Texas

"I am in a life's journey to reconnect with the powerful healing wisdom of Mother Earth and my highest self. I want to tune in to her guidance and be reminded each day that I am part of nature, not outside of it; and that I can greatly benefit if I am aware and mindful in my approaches to living life and connecting with those around me, with love, kindness and compassion. It is Good Friday, for those that practice Catholicism, it is a very important day - growing up, on this day (more than any other day of the year) we engaged with those around us in a kind and caring way. Today, I want to bring awareness to my conversations, remembering the importance of this day.
