  • Reflection Question
Basic Needs & Security Make Zero-Waste Meals
How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

A Zero Waste meal- i'm a bit stuck on the definition. Do you think that if i have put vegetable ends in my compost and recycled packaging then the meal is zero waste because i have generated something of value for the circular economy/garden? Or do you think that zero waste means that there is absolutely no waste, even for compost or recycling? Help please team interested in your take on it!!
